Annie Lennox

Annie Lennox born December 25, 1954, Aberdeen Scotland. Dorothy Farquharson & Thomas Allison Lennox is the full name given to her parents. Lennox was a student for three year at the Royal Academy of Music London in the 1970s was accepted. She survived on a student allowance and worked part-time to supplement her budget. Lennox was able to make a change in her path in life when she was dissatisfied with her lack of skill in contrast to other Royal Academy students. Lennox performed flute in a 1976 band called Dragons Playground. She quit the band prior to New Faces, the I.T.V. talent contest. She sang lead to The Tourists (a British popband) from 1977-1980. It was during this time that she came across Dave Stewart with whom she will form her pop group Eurythmics. Lennox began work for Diva in 1992. It was her debut solo album. In both commercial terms and critically the album was a massive success. Nostalgia Lennox's sixth solo record was released in the month of November. The C.D. contains a collection of Lennoxs most loved blues and soul tunes from her upbringing. Lepidoptera came out by Lennox on May 19, 2019. It is a collection consisting of four tracks that were improvised. The E.P. First album of hers, Now I Letting You Go... was released as an accompaniment to her installation of work in the Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art. Annie Lennox is a Scottish musician and singer who was born on December 25, 1954. At the end of the 70s, Lennox gained some not-so-great fame while the lead singer of The Tourists. She and Dave Stewart then gained international recognition in the 80s as Eurythmics. Lennox debuted her solo music career in 1992 with the album Diva. It featured many famous songs like Walking on Broken Glass and Why. Medusa the album from 1995 studio features cover versions of No MoreI Love Yous and A Whiter Shade of Pale. The singer is acknowledged with the release of six studio albums on her own and a compilation.
