Lesley Ann Brandt and Maria Bartiromo
Lesley Ann Brandt, born December 2, 1981, is a model and an actor that has been a part of a number of TV shows as well as movies. Her acting career began through her role on the New Zealand sitcom Diplomatic Immunity Brandt's American debut came with her next role playing Naevia in the historical drama series Spartacus: Blood and Sand. The actress appeared in several shows in the last decade, including Spartacus: Gods of the Arena CSI: NY Single Ladies The Librarians and Spartacus: Gods of the Arena. Brandt has played the role of Mazikeen from 2016. The series Lucifer stars Tom Ellis Lauren German Kevin Alejandro. Brandt was raised in Cape Town, South Africa. She moved to Auckland, New Zealand with her family when she was in her teens. Her professional career began when she was model for print ads and commercial ads. She also worked as a consultant for IT recruitment as well as in retail, before becoming a well-known fashion model. In 2009, she was a part-time actress in a New Zealand television sitcom called Diplomatic Immunity as Leilani. In 2021, she appeared on Spartacus Blood and Sand as an unnamed young slave girl Naevia. Her role as Naevia was reprised on the Spartacus sequel, Spartacus Gods of the Arena. Craig Parker starred alongside her on three shows that aired on television: Diplomatic Immunity (2009), Spartacus (2010), and Legend of the Seeker (2008). In 2016, she began playing an elusive demon called Mazikeen in Lucifer, the Netflix successful show Lucifer. She has played her leading role until now. In this show, she is co-starring alongside Tom Ellis Lauren german Kevin Alejandro D. B. Woodside.
